Jeddah, Rajab 5, 1436, Apr 24, 2015, SPA -- Considering the critical developments on the security and humanitarian fronts in Yemen, and following the announcement of the end of operation Determination Storm and the start of renewal of hope operation, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation is planning to hold an extraordinary meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Member States. The meeting will be held at the level of foreign ministers at the request of the legitimate leadership of the Republic of Yemen to discuss the latest developments concerning the current situation in Yemen and future perspectives. The OIC is working to hold the meeting during the first half of the coming month of May.
