In Riyadh, Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh region, performed the prayers at Imam Turki bin Abdullah Mosque. The prayers were led by the Grand Mufti of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and President of Council of Senior Scholars and General Presidency of Scholarly Research and Ifta, Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al Al-Sheikh. Istisqa prayers were also performed throughout other Kingdom's regions and attended by Governors or Deputy Governors of the regions or senior officials.
