Tokyo, Rabi'II 27, 1436, February 16, 2015, SPA -- Japan said Monday it had closed its embassy in the Yemeni capital Sana'a because of security concerns, dpa reported. The Foreign Ministry said the embassy closed on Sunday and Japanese Ambassador to Yemen Katsuyoshi Hayashi and four embassy officials had already left the country. Some of its staff members will conduct operations from the Qatari capital of Doha, the ministry said.
