The patient - who suffered from high fever and abdominal pain - had recently visited areas in West Africa hit by the Ebola outbreak, Ake Ortqvist, Stockholm County infectious disease officer told Swedish television. The patient was admitted late Sunday to a special isolation unit at the Karolinska University Hospital Huddinge, just south of the Swedish capital.
