Ramallah, Dhu-AlQa'dah 5, 1435, Aug 31, 2014, SPA -- Israeli forces on Sunday arrested four Palestinians in multiple areas in the West Bank, while handed summons to others to appear for interrogation, according to local and security sources. According to WAFA, the Palestinian Prisoner’s Club (PPC) said an Israeli army unit arrested Badri Abu Zalta, 14, and Kazim an Najjar, 16, and severely beat them up while they were near the segregation wall, which separates the West Bank and Israel. PPC said soldiers beat up Zalta and Najjar on the head with the butts of their rifles, causing them injuries, before leading them to Etzion detention facilty. Meanwhile, Israeli army stormed the village of Burin, south of Nablus, and raided several houses before arresting a local resident. Moreover, army broke through Aida refugee camp, north of Bethlehem, and arrested a 20-year-old after raiding and searching his family home. Forces further patrolled its troops across the city in the early morning hours, yet no arrests were reported. Israeli soldiers set up a flying checkpoint at the entrance of the village of Beit Fajjar near Bethlehem, checking the identity cards of passengers and searching vehicles driving by.
