Cairo, Dhu-AlQa'dah 01, 1436, August 16, 2015, SPA -- The Arab League is to hold a crisis meeting next week to discuss advance by ISIS in Libya's coastal city of Sirte, which has become a stronghold of the extremist militias in the North African country, the organization said on Sunday, according to dpa. The meeting is due to be held on Tuesday at the level of the League delegates. It comes in response to a request from Libya's internationally recognized government due to the "appalling humanitarian abuses" in Sirte, the organization said. --SPA 14:11 LOCAL TIME 11:11 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
