Moscow, Shawwal 24, 1436, August 09, 2015, SPA -- The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) said Sunday it has no plans to leave eastern Ukraine after an arson attack destroyed four of the group's armoured vehicles in the separatist stronghold of Donetsk, dpa reported. The fleet of vehicles was set ablaze early Sunday in the parking lot across from the Special Monitoring Mission in Donetsk, the organization said in a statement on Facebook. The OSCE, which is independently observing the conflict between the Ukrainian government and pro-Russian separatists, has more than 500 staff members on the ground in the region. Government groups and pro-Russian rebels also reported new deaths in ongoing fighting despite a ceasefire that has been in place since February. --SPA 15:21 LOCAL TIME 12:21 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
