Low temperatures kill dozens in cold snap that stretches from Siberia

NASHVILLE, Jumada I 3, 1436, Feb 22, 2015, SPA -- A frigid air mass that stretches as far west as Siberia has killed dozens of people in the United States, UPI reported. All-time record-low temperatures have been reported across eastern, central and southern portions of the country, including in Jamestown, N.Y., which reached 31 degrees below zero Tuesday, and in Lynchburg, Va., which reached 11 below zero Friday morning. More than 20 people have died in incidents related to the low temperatures, including in Pennsylvania, Ohio and Kentucky.
