Brussels, Jumada I 1, 1436, Feb 20, 2015, SPA -- Greece edged closer to a bailout extension deal in11th-hour talks Friday in Brussels with its eurozone partners,Eurogroup sources said, following days of bitter standoff, dpa reported. Greek government spokesman Panagiotis Agrafiotis said "there has been an accord" with the country's international creditors and Germany. There was no immediate confirmation from the German side. The formal start of the Eurogroup was delayed by three-and-a-half hours, while a draft text was negotiated among the key parties, said eurozone sources speaking on condition of anonymity. Eurogroup chief Jeroen Dijsselbloem presented Greece with a draft document summarizing the demands of the 18 other eurozone countries, according to sources close to the negotiations. He then told Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras: "It's this or nothing." Once the "important people" had seen the proposal, it was discussed by all ministers in their formal talks, sources said.
