Westphal said that Saudi Aramco’s Program for Knowledge Enrichment deserves to be transferred around the world. In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA) following his visit last night to the Program currently being held at Riyadh International Center for Conferences and Exhibitions, he described the Program as wonderful. The Ambassador added, "I think that we need things like this all over the world; and we need what challenges the creativity of people.
