Al-Quds, Ramadan 20, 1435, Jul 17, 2014, SPA -- Israeli forces early Thursday arrested 38 Palestinians from 1948 areas (Israel), Jerusalem, and West Bank areas, according to witnesses and security sources. In Jerusalem, Israeli police reportedly arrested 21 Palestinians, including minors, for taking part in protests in the aftermath of killing and burning of Mohammad Abu Khdeir two weeks ago in Jerusalem. Police said that a total of 201 Palestinians were arrested in the aftermath of Abu Khdeir’s killing, including 45 Palestinians who were indicted. Meanwhile, Israeli police arrested two Palestinians from Arab towns inside Israel; one from Um Al-Fahim and another 14-year-old minor from Tur‘an. According to WAFA, police also arrested two Palestinians, who are residents of Kufr Ra‘i, a village located to the southwest Jenin in West Bank, while they were in 1948 areas Police also arrested five others Palestinians; two from Al-‘Issawiya and three from the Old City. Meanwhile in Hebron district, Israeli forces raided Bani Na‘im to the east of the city, where they arrested three Palestinians after breaking into and ransacking their houses. They also raided Hebron city, where they arrested four Palestinians, including two aged 19 and 26 years, after breaking and wrecking havoc into their houses.
