Then, NAUSS President, Dr. Jamaan Rashid Raqosh delivered a speech in which he welcomed the attendees at the Arab scientific edifice of Naif Arab University which was built by the sincere will of Arab Interior Ministers and hosted by a hospitable country provided it with support to become a scientific beacon for goodness prevailed in the Arab world.
