Wittduen, Jumada II 2, 1436, Mar 22, 2015, SPA -- A mother and her two children had to be rescued off the North Sea island of Amrum Sunday after they became stuck in mud while hiking through tidal flats, rescue authorities said. By the time rescuers arrived, the woman was buried up to her thighs and was supporting her 6-month-old baby on her shoulders. Her 3-year-old child was standing nearby, dpa reported.
