Rome, Jumada I 25, 1436, March 16, 2015, SPA -- The Rome-based United Nations World Food Programme today announced that it is committed to disburse $30 m on weekly bases on nearly five million Syrian refugees in each of Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon and Turkey. In a press statement, the Executive Director of the programme Ertharin Cousin said the amount reaches them from donors, led by the GCC member countries.
