Khartoum, Shawwal 28, 1435, Aug 24, 2014, SPA -- Sudan will participate in the 4th ministerial meeting of the Libyan neighbor countries, due to begin on Monday, in Cairo. The Sudanese delegation will be led by its Foreign Minister Ali Ahmed Karti, Sudan's Foreign Ministry Spokesman announced here today.
