Crown Prince Donates SR6million for Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Project for Quran Distance Education

Jeddah, Ramadan 23, 1435, July 20, 2014, SPA -- Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, donated SR6million for Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Project for Holy Quran Distance Education, implemented by the Jeddah-based Charitable Association for Holy Quran Memorization. The gesture was announced during Crown Prince's audience held for the charity's chairman Eng. Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Hanafi and members of the association which was classified as the world's best in the service of the holy Quran. For his part, the Crown Prince lauded the efforts and endeavor of the association to achieve its goals. He confirmed the interest of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, since its late founder King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud and his succeeding sons until the current era of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud during which the care for the holy Quran has reached a prestigious level.
