KUWAIT, Ramadan 27, 1435, July 24, 2014, SPA -- Kuwait's First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah received a phone call on Thursday from Uganda's Minister of Foreign Affairs Sam Kutesa during which they discussed boosting bilateral ties in all domains.
