Cairo, Ramadan 16, 1435, Jul 13, 2014, SPA -- Egypt's Foreign Ministry condemned vehemently on Sunday a hand-made bomb blast in commune of Sidi Chaib, Sidi Bel-Abbes, 440km west of Algiers, which left three soldiers and four communal guards dead Saturday, a senior official said. Egypt expresses solidarity with Algeria to encounter these terrorist acts that seek to destabilize the state, Ministry spokesman Badr Abdel-Ati said in a statement issued here on Sunday. He reiterated that Algerian authorities are able to combat and eliminate the terrorist groups.
