Vientiane, Sha'ban 26, 1435, Jun 24, 2014, SPA -- South Korea has given Laos 2.5 million dollars to improve clean water supplies to a district in the country's northern province of Oudomxay, dpa cited a news report as saying Tuesday. Ground was broken on the project, funded by the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), in the province's Xay district on Friday, the Vientiane Times reported.
