Brussels, Ramadan 29, 1435, July 26, 2014, SPA -- The European Union imposed sanctions against top Russian intelligence officials Saturday as two transport planes carrying 38 bodies recovered from the crash site of Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 arrived at Eindhoven airport. The new travel bans and asset freezes were issued against 15 people and 18 entities, and published in the EU's Official Journal early Saturday and go into immediate effect.
