Fourth: The Cabinet approved appointments as follows: 1- Khalid bin Abdullah bin Ahmad Mufti as Ambassador at Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 2- Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Shamrani as Ambassador at Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 3- Fahd bin Mohammed bin Othman Al-Rashid as Administrative Advisor (rank 15th) at Ministry of National Guard. 4- Abdulrahman bin Dhaifullah bin Mohammed Al-Anzi as Minister Plenipotentiary at Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 5- Engineer Abdulaziz bin Nasser bin Saad Ajian as Consultant Architect (rank 14th) at Riyadh Region Secretariat. The Cabinet was briefed on the annual report of Control and Investigation Bureau for a previous fiscal year, and issued its directives towards them.
