Jeddah, Ramadan 11, 1435, Jul 8, 2014, SPA -- The Court of Appeal in Makkah region upheld the judgment of the Administrative Court in favor of the Ministry of Hajj which has previously issued a decision to dissolve the board of directors of the establishment of guides of Iran's pilgrims in the Hajj season of 1433 AH based on the public interest. The administrative court in Makkah had ruled to reject the lawsuit of the board of directors of the establishment of guides of Iran's pilgrims after its appeal of the decision of the Minister of Hajj which provided for the dissolution of the board.
