NEW DELHI, Sha'ban 3, 1435, Jun 1, 2014, SPA -- A three-story building under construction has collapsed in India's capital, killing at least three people and injuring 13. According to AP, fire official Suresh Kumar says most of the victims from Sunday's collapse were believed to be workers at the site in Sadar Bazar, one of the largest wholesale markets of household items in New Delhi.
