Riyadh, Shawwal 8, 1435, Aug 4, 2014, SPA -- The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, has issued a royal order promoting and appointing 40 judges at different judicial ranks at the Board of Grievances.
