Riyadh, Ramadan 23, 1435, Jul 20, 2014, SPA -- The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has achieved second place in Dubai International Award for the Holy Quran Competition which wrapped up on the twentieth of the holy month of Ramadan in Dubai.
