Washington, Rajab 20, 1435, May 19, 2014, SPA -- A storm brought marble-sized hail to Sao Paulo, leaving some streets flooded or coated in white in Brazil’s biggest city. The Center for Emergency Management said Monday the storm had ended a dry period that caused historically low levels at the main dams that supply water to the city, the largest in South America.
