12th Saudi relief plane arrives in Gaziantep to help quake victims

RIYADH — The 12th Saudi relief airplane arrived Saturday at Gaziantep Airport in the Republic of Türkiye, carrying 75 tons of food parcels, medical supplies, and other relief items. The aid is part of the Saudi relief airlift dispatched by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) to help the victims of earthquakes in Syria and Türkiye. The airlift is being carried out under the directives of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed Bin Salman in an embodiment of the humanitarian role played by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The 12th Saudi relief airplane had departed earlier Saturday from King Khalid International Airport carrying 75 tons of food baskets and shelter materials, including tents, blankets, and shelter bags, in addition to medical supplies. — SPA
