Jeddah, December 25, 2019, SPA -- Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Dr. Yousef bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen received here yesterday Minister and Special Advisor to the President of Niger, Mohamed Saidil Moctar. The meeting took place within the framework of the ongoing preparations for the forthcoming 47th session of The Council of OIC Foreign Ministers to be held in April 2020 in Niamey, Niger.
