Riyadh, December 25, 2019, SPA -- The Specialized Criminal Appellate Court announced that due to the absence of the defendants regarding the public lawsuit against Al-Olaa Al-Raida Trading Company, owned by Qatari beIN SPORTS channels, holding Commercial Register No. 1010441740 dated 2/5/1437 AH, including the Company's managers mentioned in the general lawsuit, Youssef Mohammed Hassan Al-Obaidli, a Qatari national, holding ID No. 28063402773; Tariq Darwish Ali Zainal, a Qatari national, holding ID No. 27963402717; Mohammed Abdulaziz Abdullah Al-Subaie, a Qatari national, holding ID No. 28263400066, to appear before the court for a trial session scheduled to consider the lawsuit filed against them on 4/19/1441 AH at 10 AM, as the Court’s competent authority was not able to communicate with the defendants at their documented residence, the Court has set an alternative date for a hearing on Wednesday 18/06/1441 AH at 10 AM. The court hopes the defendants will show up at the court on time.
