Madrid, Rajab 16, 1437, Apr 23, 2016, SPA -- Saturday brought plenty of goals, drama and controversy - but no changes at the top of the Spanish Liga, with Barcelona, Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid all winning. Barca kept the top spot with a 6-0 caning of lowly Sporting Gijon, including four more goals from Luis Suarez. The results, after pursuers Atletico Madrid edged Malaga 1-0 and Real Madrid came from behind to win 3-2 at Rayo Vallecano, leave Barca and Atletico with 82 points apiece from 35 games, and Real with 81. Barca are above Atletico on the head-to-head results system used in Spain when teams are tied on points. All four of Suarez's goals for Barca came in a one-sided second half. He is now three goals above Cristiano Ronaldo of Real Madrid - who missed the visit to Rayo through injury - in the scorers' chart, having put away eight goals in two games. Lionel Messi and Neymar scored Barca's other goals against Gijon, confirming that their much-vaunted South American "MSN" forward line is back in top form. --SPA 03:11 LOCAL TIME 00:11 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
