Riyadh, February 22, 2023, SPA -- Dr. Fahd bin Hassan Al Aqran, the President of the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), received Karam Gabr, the Head of the Supreme Council for Media Regulation of the Arab Republic of Egypt, along with Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for Media Regulation of Egypt, Advisor Mahmoud Fawzi, and member of the Supreme Council for Media Regulation Azza Mostafa in Riyadh. During the meeting, they talked about various media issues of common interest, how to support and enhance them, and develop news content, in addition to cooperating in the field of news exchange. Karam Gabr and the delegation also took a tour of the different departments and sections of "SPA," where they learned about the mechanism for preparing and publishing news and how to deal with news materials and press reports received from various sources from inside and outside the Kingdom, which are broadcasted in several languages through the SPA online and social media channels. The Head of the Supreme Council for Media Regulation of Egypt congratulated the government and people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the Founding Day anniversary, which falls on February 22 of each year, praying to Allah Almighty to perpetuate the Kingdom and its people with pride and prosperity, under its wise leadership.
