Cairo, March 18, 2022, SPA -- The Arab Parliament, with a delegation headed by Arab Parliament Speaker Adel bin Abdulrahman Al-Asoumi, will participate in the 144th general assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) and related meetings, which will be held from March 20 - 24 in Indonesia. In a statement issued today, the Arab Parliament said that Al-Asoumi will participate in the meetings of the Governing Council of IPU, and members of the Arab Parliament delegation will participate in the meetings of the Standing Committees of the Union, as well as in the Forum of Women Parliamentarians, and the Forum of Young Parliamentarians.
