New Delhi, April 4, 2021, SPA -- India recorded 93,249 coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, while the total caseload has hit 12,485,509 since the start of the pandemic, the country’s Ministry of Health and Family Welfare announced on Sunday, according to TASS News Agency. This daily case tally was a new all-time high of 2021 and the highest figure since September 19 last year when 93,337 COVID-19 cases were registered. India’s coronavirus death toll surged by 513 in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number to 164,623.
