Riyadh, April 14, 2019, SPA -- Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Riyadh newspaper said in its editorial that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia plays a pivotal role in the policy of ensuring the stability of the world oil markets and supporting the global economy. The newspaper noted that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia produces about 13 percent of the world's total oil production, as the confidence of the world in the Kingdom to promote stability of energy markets seems very large. Okaz newspaper said in its editorial that the joint initiative of Saudi Red Crescent and United Arab Emirates Red Crescent Society to alleviate the suffering of Iranian citizens affected by devastating floods unprecedented in Iran came out of the bonds of Muslim fraternity and human solidarity with the Iranian people.
