Jeddah, December 25, 2018, SPA -- The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has strongly condemned the deadly terrorist attack on a government building that houses a public welfare department in Kabul, Afghanistan, by a suicide bomber and some extremists yesterday, leading to the death of dozens of people and injury of many more others. In a statement, the OIC Secretary General, Dr. Yousef A. Al-Othaimeen described the attack as a heinous and deplorable act, expressing the solidarity of OIC with the government and people of the Republic of Afghanistan in the face of these terrorist acts.
