Nouakchott, June 02, 2019, SPA -- Representative of Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance Basil Noor Wali has won the first place in Mauritania's President Contest of the Holy Quran Memorization. Representatives from 10 countries, namely Mauritania, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Senegal, Niger, Turkey, Egypt and Mali took part in the contest.
