Riyadh, May 6, 2019, SPA -- The General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) issued the stats report for the month of April on passenger satisfaction’s level. The survey included King Khalid International Airport (KKIA) in Riyadh, King Abdulaziz International Airport (KAIA) in Jeddah, King Fahad International Airport (KFIA) in Dammam and Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz International Airport (PMIA) in Madinah. According to GACA’s stats for the month of April, which more than 500,000 passengers participated in, the overall satisfaction rate has reached 74%, which is the same ratio as in the previous month. Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Madinah recorded the highest increase of 79%, compared to the previous month of 78%. Meanwhile, King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh and King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah, both recorded 75% and 58% respectively, while the satisfaction level at King Fahad International Airport dropped one percentage point to 77% compared to the previous month. It is worth noting the GACA represented by the General Directorate for Quality, Customer Protection conducts regular airports field trips and reports on the level of customer satisfaction, and the feedback on the service provided. This is done in order to evaluate the current level of services and analysis the information received by the concerned department. The information received is a highly reliable tool in order to improve and develop the services provided at airports around the Kingdom. GACA issues monthly reports to gauge the level of passenger satisfaction of the services provided at airports. This is to assess and improve the current level of services by applying the highest of international standards level in passenger service quality.
