Djibouti, Apr 19, 2019, SPA -- The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a message to the President Ismail Omar Guelleh of the Republic of Djibouti on the bilateral relations between the two countries.
