Riyadh, Dhu-AlHijjah 3, 1439, Aug 14, 2018, SPA -- Saudi Press Agency (SPA) has launched two icons on its website, dedicated to newscasts, in five languages to cover the movements of the pilgrims of this Year 1439 AH Hajj, and a second one to broadcast professionally shot photographs, to reflect the scenes of the great Hajj journey, from the moment of pilgrims arrival, in the Kingdom, within the framework of Government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud and HRH, the Crown Prince attention paid and care for the guests of Allah. This step comes within the efforts of SPA to highlight the Kingdom's contribution to the humanitarian and developmental services provided by the Kingdom, in relation with the major projects in the Holy Mosques and the Holy Places to the world via SPA news transmitted, in Arabic, English, French, Russian, Chinese and Farsi. SPA is focusing efforts through a team of professionals, in the fields of editing, photography and information technology, working to convey the rites of this great occasion, where more than two million Muslims from all over the world gather in one place and one time to perform the fifth pillar of Islam, under the a closely supervision of Dr. Auwadh bin Saleh Al-Auwadh, the Minister of Information, who is also the Chairman of SPA. These two icons were created to serve as a wide window through which the world may follow up and feel the sentiments, moment by moment, through a variety of information media that enjoy credibility and high sense in capturing the most accurate details of Hajj and movements.
