This stamp that bears "Towards an Unrestricted Humanity" message refers to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s support being provided for most countries in need of medical, relief and humanitarian care. KSrelief is one of the most important projects that Saudi Arabia relies on to provide international aid.
