Riyadh, Aug. 26, 2019, SPA -- Secretary General of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani met here today with the United Nations' Special Envoy to Yemen Martin Griffith. During the meeting, they discussed the consultations being conducted by the envoy of the United Nations with the parties concerned of the Yemeni crisis to discuss ways of resuming political negotiations to reach a political solution to end the conflict in Yemen, according to the GCC initiative, the outcomes of the National Dialogue conference (NDC), and Security Council resolution No. 2216.
