London, July 01, 2019, SPA -- Dr. Andrew Murrison, the British Minister of State for International Development & the Middle East, met here today with the Riyadh-based Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani.
