Jeddah, Safar 22, 1440, Oct 31, 2018, SPA -- The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) is saddened to hear of the news that an Afghan National Defense Forces Helicopter carrying at least 25 passengers, including the chairman and members of the Farah Provincial Council and deputy commander of the army corps, crashed into a mountain and there were no survivors.
