Riyadh, Safar 27, 1437, December 09, 2015, SPA -- The leaders and heads of delegations of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) for Arab States started arriving in Riyadh today to participate in the 36th session of the GCC Supreme Council to be held here in the evening. Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmoud Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for the Cabinet's Affairs of the Sultanate of Oman arrived here today to head his country's delegation to the summit.
