Budapest, Safar 25, 1437, Dec 7, 2015, SPA -- Hungarian police say a flight from Berlin to the Egyptian beach resort of Hurghada has made an unscheduled landing in Hungary and is being checked for explosives after police received information about a bomb threat. Police spokeswoman Viktoria Csiszer-Kovacs said Monday that explosives experts are inspecting the unidentified airplane, its passengers and luggage. She would not identify the source of the information about the bomb threat, but said police are following "established protocol" for what she said was "not an extraordinary situation." Budapest's Ferenc Liszt Airport, where the plane landed, did not respond to requests for comment, but police said operations at the airport were not affected by the unexpected landing, AP reported. --SPA 19:10 LOCAL TIME 16:10 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
