Riyadh, April 20, 2021, SPA -- Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council for Arab States (GCC) Dr. Nayef Al-Hajraf stressed today the importance of Gulf-Greek relations, which are witnessing growth and development in all fields to serve common interests between the two sides. This came during a meeting in Riyadh with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Hellenic Republic (Greece) Nikos Dendias; Greek Minister of National Defense Nikolaos Panagiotopoulos; and their accompanying delegation. Dr. Al-Hajraf and Foreign Minister signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for consultations on issues of common interest between the GCC General Secretariat and the government of the Hellenic Republic. Dr. Al-Hajraf stressed that this MoU comes within the framework of constant keenness to develop GCC’s relations with countries and global bodies, in various fields.
