Ministry of Islamic Affair Launches E-Communication with Beneficiaries through Its Website

Riyadh, March 23, 2020, SPA -- The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance has launched beneficiaries e-communication service through its website, being connected with the ministry’s unified call center 1933. The service aims at providing integration between all communication channels that the ministry provides. E-communication through the website enables beneficiaries to communicate with the ministry’s different sectors. The service is built on filling out the form of the needed service including suggestions, complaints, and queries. Then the request will be automatically directed to the unified call center to be processed. This service is one of the services that Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al Al-Sheikh instructed to be launched to facilitate the remote communication with the ministry’s sectors.
