Shali, Chechnya, Aug. 22, 2019, SPA -- The Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Dr. Yousef bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen, today attended the official opening of Fakhr Al-Muslimeen Mosque in Shali, Chechnya, under the auspices of Chechen President Ramazan Ahmed Kadyrov.
