Djibouti, 04 February, 2019, SPA -- President Ismail Omar Guelleh of the Republic of Djibouti received here today Ahmad bin Abdulaziz Qattan, Minister of the State for African Affairs. At the outset of the reception, the Minister of State for African Affairs conveyed greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Vice President of the Council of Minister and Minister of Defense, to the President of Djibouti.
