Nouakchott, April 20, 2022, SPA – Grand Mufti of Mauritania Sheikh Ahmed Ould Lemrabott has stressed that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has considerable contributions in the Islamic work fields, mainly in the charitable work. In a statement during the handing over ceremony of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud's gift of 104,000 copies of the Holy Quran and its interpretations to Mauritania – held by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance, represented by the King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Holy Quran – the grand mufti praised the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's interest in printing the Holy Quran with various sizes and global languages in a bid to facilitate Muslims' comprehension of the meanings of the Holy Quran.
